Your fee covers accommodation, meals, and all ground transportation during the 6-day program — including factory visits, translation, curated events, and photo/video documentation.
Flights and visa costs are not included, but once you land in Shenzhen, everything else is handled. -
It depends on your country of origin. Some international participants can enjoy VISA free entry, while others will need a visa.
We don’t directly process visas, but we’ll provide invitation letters and supporting documents to make your application smooth. If you’re unsure which visa type you need, we can guide you through the options. -

This December’s theme is general electronics, with a mix of robotics, AI hardware, and consumer tech.
Specialized cohorts (e.g., robotics, medtech, EV components) will be announced throughout the year. -
